Wise Owl Stain Eliminating Primer is an exceptional quality, multi-purpose, interior/exterior primer, sealer and stain killer. This versatile, primer is exceptional for covering many types of stains and providing adhesion on a wide variety of hard to stick to surfaces. For use on drywall, plaster, wood, primed steel, galvanized, aluminum, copper and tile in dry environments. Wise Owl Stain Eliminating Primer also sticks to a wide variety of plastics but a test patch is always recommended on plastic surfaces. Surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, grime, wax and chalk. This is good for dark colors such as Red, Purples and Blacks. Not be used with Yellow.
